Iphone 13 Pro locked up

My Iphone 13 pro is locked up. My shortcut screen shut off is on and phone will not let me do anything. I have tried to soft reset with no luck. I can get to passcode but when i type in it only says the numbers but will not input them on the screen. At one point i double tapped and my music turned on.
