I don't receive any notifications on my phone. Except iMessage. No messenger, no viber, no other social media.

First, check that Do Not Disturb/Focus is not enabled.

Try also to check if the Notifications are enabled for the mentioned apps.

Go to:

Settings -> Notifications.

Find those apps in the list and enable "Allow Notifications". Also check that sounds are enabled.

I don't know Viber. But I know there is a built-in Mute function in Messenger, have you checked that such a function is not activated?
