Mac Mini 2012 crashes every 2-3 days.

Hi,

I have mac mini 2012 running Catalina and it crashes every 2-3 days with below error log. I have tried -

1 - Booting into safe mode but it didn't help.

2 - Reinstalling the OS again on clean drive but it too didn't help.

Can someone help?

The error header is -

panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff802dac084f): assertion failed: (MBUFQ_EMPTY(&cfq->q_mq) && cfq->q_start == cfq->q_end) || (!MBUFQ_EMPTY(&cfq->q_mq) && cfq->q_start != cfq->q_end), file: /AppleInternal/BuildRoot/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/xnu/xnu-6153.141.66/bsd/net/content_filter.c, line: 1067

Well done!

OK:

"Major Issues:

Failing hard drive - This computer has a hard drive that appears to be failing."

If you do not have a backup (or two), do one ASAP and replace your hard drive.

And, to my original question, you have a program called 'lulu.app' from objective-see. It is perhaps only a coincidence that it was the process that seems to have caused a panic.

Replace the hard drive and then look at the other issues.

I'm sure you are aware that this is an old machine.

Others may well chime in commenting on the many other problems identified.
