Change date & time to manually

I'm not able to change my time manually. The setting to turn off "set automatically" is disabled. It says that the time zone can not be set manually due to device restrictions. However, just bought a new phone and the problem still occurs. Does anybody knows how to solve this?

Restricting Time and Time Zone Changes How do I restrict changing the time and time zone on an iPhone? It's too easy to get around screen time and all the old fixes I found for this no longer work, it seems that Apple has disabled the ability to block changing the time and time zone. Please check your solution before posting one that doesn't work anymore for iOS 16.

Can’t turn off automatic date and time Hey so basically I just can’t turn off automatic date and time. When I go to Settings > General > Date and time and try to turn off Automatic date and time it just says “The time zone cannot be set manually due to device restrictions.” What does that mean?

Turn Screen Time Passcode Off and Turn Screen Time Off, which will enable Set Automatic time zone enabled for you torn off or On
