I currently use 2 iphones and I like the feature to transfer facetime calls between my phones.
However I noticed that even when one of the phones is locked, the call can still be switched through the locked screen.
There is no prompt for a passcode or face id to unlock. The call just switches seamlessly. Good but with obvious privacy concerns.
Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a setting I missed?

This feature is explained here: Hand off a FaceTime call to another device. As you are only able to switch between devices that are signed in with the same Apple ID, this is expected behavior.

Yes I understand the feature to be able to switch between devices and it’s something i am very happy about.
I was just surprised that if I had left my iPad somewhere and it’s locked while having a facetime on my phone, someone can still tap on the switch button on the iPad without being prompted a passcode or face ID recognition.
