Apple TV-Non Able to Access a Channel-Intermittent
This is a frustrating, complicated issue. At times when I attempt to change channels I will get a screen that is simple a picture and it has two boxes, one that says “episodes” and another that says something else…maybe “more.” When I get these screens I cannot access the live program at all. Doesn’t matter what I do…go out of the app and go back in…disconnect and unplug the tv…nothing works. Usually it will rectify itself after a few minutes to a couple hours. Sometimes it will be the same issue on multiple tvs…sometimes only one.
when this happens I can typically change channels and watch other shows. We have two ABC channels. Sometimes you can watch a show on one channel but not the other.
I should mention that our internet provider is Spectrum and we have .5 gig, so we watch tv using the Spectrum app.
any suggestions would be appreciated.
