Dictating Text into iPhone or iPad -- Is there an oral command to undo (delete)?

Dear Good People of the Apple Community: I am just reposting the message reprinted below from 2019 (posted by someone else). Hope there is now good news.

Is there any new information about the ability to backspace and therefore delete a letter or word while dictating text on an iPhone or iPad? It’s hard to believe this feature hasn’t been added yet.

Eg: Seems you can say : ":Delete previous character" when using "Voice Control" in iOS 13 or later.
