T-Mobile International Roamimg

I was recently in Portugal and tried to use my Ultra in roaming mode, it connect for about 3 to 4 minutes and it worked fine I was able to use data but it would go into no service mode in about 4 minutes and it would not reconnect cell data until I turned it off and back on then disconnect again in 4 minutes. Anyone experienced this issue? All OS are up to date.

We see that you were having an issue with international roaming while you were traveling. While this isn't something that you can troubleshoot if the issue isn't still happening, should you need to travel again, we have some steps that can help should the issue return.

In addition to those steps, you'd want to reach out to your wireless carrier as well as this is a feature that is provided by them
