Unable to click options under my Apple ID

I can’t click my name,phone number, email opinion under apple id. And i also can’t click payments or shipping nor can I sign out. Why is this? I tried to see if it changed after I turned on the content & privacy restrictions. I also tried turning it off. But no change. Please help out

Wondering if you have installed the latest update (iOS 16.2) on your iPhone:

About iOS 16 Updates


If your phone's iOS has been updated, yet isn't working right, you might want to try restarting it.

(Sometimes that can put things back in order.)


How to: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support


OR

If your account is disabled (eg: for security reasons)

What to do: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


Else:

You can check to make sure you are currently signed in to your iPhone with your Apple ID:

Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support


If you still have difficulty ... you could try signing in to your Apple ID account online:

Apple ID Log-in:

https://appleid.apple.com/
