Hi please I can’t make facetime audio,i have done all necessary requirements but still it doesn’t give me the facetime audio option please is it really true some iPhone are made without FaceTime audio?

First of all this is what it displays with the exception of FaceTime audio option, for several times i went on to setting and set everything possible,e.g on my facetime and allow for wifi and mobile data,on all contents on restriction,update my iPhone to 16.2. Im using iPhone 11pro max with the model number MWF02CH/A please can you confirm why my iPhone has no FaceTime audio option?
