Recently got an SE. I have the modular face on the watch with the weather in the middle. The problem is it will not give the option to add the general “weather” option where it reads where you are, the high and low and that’s it.
It will only give me the option to read conditions, rain, UV index, and wind. It will not give me the option for what is checked on this phone.

I don’t believe there is any way to see the city name on the basic Watch face. I can tell you when I press the “Temperature” complication I described, the city name does appear.

Thank you, but what I am looking for is the location to be included. I want it to read the location (name of city) with the temperature. I believe it may have changed after I updated the watch recently
