A lot of my iPhone contacts are saying that I have notifications silenced even though I don’t. I’ve messed with all of the focus and notification settings I can possibly find and I can’t figure out why this is happened. It’s also causing me to not get notifications at night. Any advice? I am on iOS 16.2 and I have a iPhone 13

Be sure to check and see if the contacts that are sending messages are also updated fully to iOS 16.2, as that'll ensure they're using the latest fixes/improvements.
