Deleted App

I deleted an app called Discord but it still shows the app on my Home Screen and app library. However, the app logo is white with lines. I have tried to restart my phone multiple times but it doesn’t work. I have also deleted it over and over but it still comes back. It also says open but when I click on the button, nothing happens. What do I do to delete it completely? Below is me trying to click on it but nothing happens.

It sounds like you're having trouble completely deleting the Discord app from your iPhone. Here are a few things you can try:
