Does Apple not provide an easy way to check the watch’s battery usage or health?

Since yesterday my Apple Watch battery has drained excessively fast. Today it went from fully charged to completely drained in about two hours. I assumed there would be an easy way to check this like on the iPhone, but this does not seem the case. Can someone tell me how to find out what has caused this to suddenly happen?
