my recent messages wont appear to my new phone that im using now

Your messages are synchronized via iCloud, but only if Messages in iCloud is activated. It therefore requires that the function was activated on your old phone. Also note that if you have deleted the messages on your old phone, they will also be deleted in iCloud.


If Messages in iCloud is not activated on your new iPhone, go in and activate here:


Settings -> Apple ID (Your name) -> iCloud. Enable Messages.


Connect your iPhone to WiFi and a charger - and lock your phone. If you have messages stored in iCloud, your iPhone should start downloading them from the cloud. But give it some time.
