Accidentally deleted notes from my phone

Hi,

I accidentally deleted my updated notes content when setting my iCloud. And my iCloud only back up the notes before September, 2022. Could you help me recover my recent notes please?

Check recently deleted folder. it is backed up for 30 days as far as I know.

Do not restore from iCloud backup, that may not help.

iCloud backup doesn’t include information already stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Mail, Notes, Voice Memos, shared photos, iCloud Photos, Health data, call history, and files you store in iCloud Drive
