I have read my volume buttons are switched - Apple Community but for some reason, I do not have that option, i got this iPad just 2 weeks ago and it has iPadOS 16.1 is there a reason why, it is really bugging me cause I'm not used to it

Dynamic volume controls were introduced with release of iPadOS 15.4 onwards. For existing iPad models, this feature could be enabled or disabled in iPad settings.

I have the same problem on brand new iPhone 14 Pro with 16.2 and 16.3 beta iOS versions. Upper volume button decreasing the volume
