How does one verify that their iphone is authentic that is whether its original or not?
Why is the network for a dual sim 11pro max very poor?

You can check if your iPhone is real or original by checking the coverage.
Just enter your phone's serial number:
Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
There can be many reasons why the network works poorly for you. E.g. poor coverage, surroundings that prevent a good signal. There I would recommend contacting your Carrier.
