I'm sorry to hear that you have been charged for a purchase that you did not make. This can be a frustrating and confusing experience, but there are steps you can take to try to resolve the issue.

  1. Contact Apple: The first thing you should do is contact Apple to report the unauthorized charge and request a refund. You can do this by visiting the Apple website, clicking on the "Contact Us" link, and selecting "Billing and Subscriptions" as the topic of your inquiry.
  2. Check your payment history: It may be helpful to review your payment history to see if you can identify the source of the unauthorized charge. You can do this by going to the "Settings" app on your iPhone, selecting "iTunes & App Store," and then selecting your Apple ID. From there, you can view your purchase history and see if there are any charges that you do not recognize.
  3. Consider canceling any subscriptions: If you see any subscriptions in your payment history that you did not authorize, you should consider canceling them to prevent further unauthorized charges. You can do this by going to the "Settings" app, selecting "iTunes & App Store," and then selecting your Apple ID. From there, you can view your active subscriptions and cancel any that you do not want.

I hope these suggestions are helpful and that you are able to resolve the issue of the unauthorized charge. If you continue to have problems, you may need to contact your bank or credit card company to file a dispute.
