Ошибка визы

Вылезает ошибка, когда пытаюсь подключить визу (раньше такого не было)

сейчас не могу приобрести подписку, приходит смс о том, что не получилось оплатить на сумму 35 долларов на что-то

iPhone XS, iOS 16

hello, I checked and found what the problem is, and what they wanted to withdraw money for. those purchases that I wanted to buy did not come true, and my card is in debt for the thing that I did not receive

they are waiting for me to put it on the card to withdraw money for it

Are you the organizer of a Family Sharing group? If so, is it possible that this purchase was made by another family member? If so, this would be expected behavior since the organizer's payment method is charged for family purchases.
