What is the easiest way to save a contact into Outlook (or Gmail) contacts on an iPhone?

Is there a quick way to save a phone number as an Outlook (or Gmail) contact on an iPhone?

I want to ensure I am only using one set of contacts. When I use the iPhone "save as contact" feature it saves the contact as an iCloud contact. I do not want a second contact database in iCloud.

Is there a way to only save contacts as Outlook (or Gmail) account contacts by default on an iPhone?
