Latest episode not available despite season pass... repeated problem

I've had this problem before - in May 2021 and May 2022. I have updated my information here, but the issue has arisen again. Last time, the "missing" episode appeared within a few hours but no reason for the delay was ever found.


I did email the ABC support team and their reply boiled down to this: "we cannot say when episodes will be added to Apple TV."


I am running TV 1.0.6.8 on OS 10.15.7 on a 2019 16” MacBook Pro, the TV app on iOS 14.5 on an iPhone 13 Pro, and iTunes 12.8.2.3 on OS 10.11.6 on a 2008 iMac. I cannot find or download this episode (The Rookie, Season 5, Episode 10, “The List”) on Apple platforms on any of these setups. Every other episode has been made available on TV/iTunes the morning after it airs; this is apparently the case with Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and Google Play, among others, but not on the Apple platform.


I paid for a season pass and I don’t want to pay extra on another platform for one episode. Please track down whoever is responsible for remedying this situation.
