How to clear the auto fill for email! When i try to email one person I get a whole list of people who I have done a group email! Some of these people no longer have the same address or have died!

Sure it does. It doesn't matter what Mac you have, nor what OS you are running. It has always been there.
In the Window menu, choose Previous Recipients. Go through and delete those that are wrong or you don't want.
If you have any in your Contacts, you need to remove those, also.
Sorry but it is not there! After the merge all windows, Mute this tab is highlighted, Mute other Tabs is not highlighted, Bring all to front is not highlighted and then it shows what is open Apple Community now!

Sounds like you were looking at Safari’s menus, not Mail.
It could have been you switched to Mail, but the menus didn't change. I've seen that when an app hangs up. Restarting would have fixed that.
