My fitness app didn't completely sync with my new iphone 14

I just bought a new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I backed up my iphone 12 to the cloud, and then completed the process to download everything to my new phone. It all seemed to work well, however, I had a move streak in my Apple fitness app of 1,620 consecutive days. On my new phone, it only shows up as 581 days. I have tried everything I can think of to fix the issue, and I don't know what else to do. Is there a limit on how many days transfer to the new phone? It should transfer everything exactly as it was on the old phone. I worked hard to meet this goal, and I don't want to lose it! Help, please!

Hey PuppyMom2,

We understand wanting to keep that streak going, you've put in a lot of work. There are a few things you can check.

When setting up your new iPhone, did you follow How to pair your Apple Watch with a new iPhone?

Is 'Health' showing turned on for iCloud? To verify, go to Settings > your name at the top > iCloud > Health.

If you just recently updated, go to see if the Activity data is still in the process of being restored. To view this, when looking at your Activity data, tap on the option for History. Do you see a message the saying the data is still being restored from the iCloud?

Should your Health show it's being backed, and if you do not see the message data is still being restored, you will want to reach out to Apple Support. They have a dedicated team for fitness. Just go to Get Support

Good luck!

Thank you! I have already been working with the Apple support team, and the issue has now resolved. It just took about three or four days for everything to download from the cloud to my new phone. All the suggestions you made were already in place, but it just took a lot longer than I thought it should take. Thank you so much for your help!
