I can’t get past terms & conditions

I bought a refurbished iPad Air on Amazon. I’m trying to set it up and I can’t get past terms & conditions. It won’t let me agree

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

The workaround for this common problem is to skip the step that asks you to sign in to iCloud. Hit the "back" button to go back to that step, and select "set up later" or whatever choice is applicable.

Thank you so much. I figured that out about 45 minutes ago but thank you again for getting back to me such a silly thing but it’s stumped me for a couple hours!

It shouldn't happen. Until Apple fixes it that workaround is needed to get past that step.
