Billing issues

I have numerous charges on my credit card that indicate APPLE.COM/BILL with the Apple number of 866-712-7753 CA.

When I go to reportaproblem.apple.com none of the charges are listed. How the heck do you get anything resolved on this? Guess I will refute ALL Apple.com/Bill charges through my bank from now on.

suggestions anyone? Can you ever speak to a live person in this world anymore?
