iPad Pro Times New Roman

I have the current MS Office app on my iPad Pro, but Times New Roman is not listed among the fonts in Word docs. What’s the easiest way to download this font? Thanks for your help.

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. You can download fonts from the App Store. Here's how:

After you download an app containing fonts from the App Store, open the app to install the fonts.
To manage installed fonts, go to Settings > General, then tap Fonts.

The referenced forum addresses the issue by suggesting uninstalling the Word app, then reinstalling it. I’ve done so but I still don’t have Times New Roman. This is a serious problem for me.
