Hey there AngieK1630,

That is a strange thing to occur, and we'd like to help. Let's start with ruling out some possible causes, along with confirming more details to better understand the issue:

  1. Are both of the screenshots you shared come from within the Activity app?
  2. When did you notice this occurring?
  3. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone and How to restart your Apple Watch
  4. If you're paired with a compatible iPhone model, the latest version for it would be iOS 16.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
  5. If you have a compatible watch model, the latest version is watchOS 9.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to Update your Apple Watch.

Cheers!
