Getting a Cracked Screen Replaced:

A. Manufacturing Defects:

Was it like this out-of-the-box? If so, note that Appel has a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited-warranty with this.

B. Contact Apple Support:

These are User-to-User forums. No one here has any call in Warranties. So, contact Apple Support, yourself, to find out an option:

C. Apple Support Contact Us Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as Necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
