I have 1 iphone, with apple care plan, but i recently bought a new iphone. If i log in to my new phone will the old phone loose apple care?

AppleCare is not transferable, it will stay on your old phone.

If you want AppleCare on your new phone, you will have to buy a new plan for that phone.
