There's a problem loading this content

I'm receiving an error message of "There's a problem loading this content" when I try to airplay a video from Apple TV+ to my LG tv. It also states the below text "This video is in a format that cannot be streamed to this TV. We recently changed to a Telstra 5G modem and wonder if this could be the problem? Any help greatly appreciated!!

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.4

LG TVs that support AirPlay would also likely have the Apple TV app. You should be able to load your Apple TV+ content there without a need for basic AirPlay or AirPlay Screen Mirroring.

Hello Yasminthomas,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

Do you experience this same issue when attempting to play this media directly on your Mac or does it only happen when AirPlaying to this TV?

If it's specific to the TV you'll want to reach out to LG directly. As the manufacturer they will be best suited to troubleshoot issues with this.

This can help with reaching out to them: LG Support

Take care!
