Hi emily_gegempis,
It sounds like you’re seeking guidance regarding getting a copy of the data associated with your Apple ID account. Is that correct? If so, you’re in the right place to receive support, and we recommend you check out the link below.
Get a copy of the data associated with your Apple ID account
Please keep in mind that as part of putting you in control of your data and privacy, Apple allows you to request a copy of data associated with your Apple ID.
Also, please remember that access to this feature varies by country and region.
With that being said, to request a copy of your data, we recommend that you check out the section titled “How to request a copy of your data” after clicking the link above.
Sign in to privacy.apple.com on a Mac, PC, iPhone, or iPad and select "Request a copy of your data." On the following page, select the data you’d like to download, then click Continue. If you don’t see this option, it means that this feature is not available in your country or region.
When you request a copy of your data (or a specific subset of your data), we first verify that you are the account holder making the request. After verification, we organize the data associated with your Apple ID in file formats that are easy to understand. When the data is ready, we post it to your Apple ID account page and notify you that it’s available. You have 14 days to download your data, after which it is removed from that location, and you will need to request it again.
We’re recommending the link above because the article explains how to request a copy of the data associated with your Apple ID.
If you are still unable to obtain a copy of your data, then we recommend contacting Apple Support directly so that they can work with you to find a solution.
You can reach them by clicking here: Apple Support or calling the most local number in your region: Contact Apple for support and service
Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities.
Cheers!
