My iPhone SE (2nd Gen) is currently in Attempting Data Recovery Mode after I updated via iTunes. However, due to what I believe is hardware issues, my iPhone is restarting every 2 minutes, causing it to start all over again. I've tried force rebooting it. Does anyone have any solutions?

If you already tried (to no avail) a forced restart of your SE, as per these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone, it could be a hardware (digitizer? battery? other internal component?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
