Tingling Sensation on my MacBook Air

Having just purchased a MacBook Air M2, I noticed a vibration and a tingling sensation after connecting it to power. Is there a way to resolve this issue? I live in Germany, and all outlets are two-pin, and there is no grounding connection.

I have noticed it too. It is more evident on 220v systems common everywhere outside North America.
