I’ve had a series 4 since it came out. It was time for an upgrade so I went with the ultra. I love it. Only problem is my sunset/sunrise widget/app(stock weather app) isn’t working it just has this on it -:- I’ve never had an issue with it. I’ve been using it since I got the series 4. I’ve tried everything the support says from other peoples post and nothing. Will this be fixed by another update? Everything is updated.

Yes. An update did this.
It's my belief that watchOS 9 introduced this new permission.
Others have went to greater lengths to fix it and they succeeded. My way is easier :-D

Make sure it is connected to your iPhone, try opening the World Clock app, turn on WI-FI or restart it.
Something (I don't know what, though) isn't configured correctly on your watch or iPhone. I own the Ultra and Sunrise/Sunset shows perfectly on my Ultra. Waiting for an update isn't the best course of action.
Contact Apple Support directly for assistance. If in the US, you can call them at: 800-MY-APPLE
WatchOS 9.2 was likely the culprit.
I got my Series 8 during the first week of December and had the sunrise/sunset complication setup and working.
It was after the update (9.2, released on 12/13) that mine quit working.

I have the same problem. Ever since the latest update, it doesn't work. Very frustrating. All devices are updated to the latest software update and still no success.
I’m very technologically advanced when it comes to apple products. It simply doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything. I called apple and they don’t know how to fix it either. We’ve tried everything.
I don't know what to tell you. It works on both our Apple Watch Ultra and Apple Watch 7, just fine.
