Hey luvv12_,

We'd be happy to help out. To clarify, is your AirPod Pro's selected as the audio source during phone calls? If not, this would explain why they can't hear you.

For help with doing so, check out these steps:

Switch manually
If necessary, follow these steps to choose a different device to play audio or to switch the audio to different headphones or speakers.
Control Center screen on your iPhone
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
1. Open Control Center on your iPhoneiPad, or iPod touch.
2. Touch and hold the audio card in the upper-right corner of Control Center to control audio.
3. Tap , then choose the device that you want from the list.

All this and more is available here: Switch your AirPods to another device

If that doesn't solve your issue, check your microphone settings for your AirPods using these steps: Change the settings of your AirPods and AirPods Pro

We hope this helps out.

Take care!
