Can’t cancel subscription

Help. I’ve moved country but can’t change the country setting in my phone until I cancel all my subscriptions. One expires the end of January and one end of June. I contacted the app provider and they can’t help because I subscribed through apple. Apple haven’t been helpful at all. I can’t use my iTunes or anything without putting in my new credit card. Any advice?

I'm sorry, but you need to keep trying Apple Support. Only they can terminate the subscriptions ahead of time so you can change countries.


If they can't do this now, then you will need to wait until they expire.


You need to request the termination of the subscriptions that have not yet expired. If they tell you they can't do this, then there's not much else that can be done. There's no way to terminate them from your side.
