I cannot access anything on my iphone - I need it reset to factory default

I need to speak or chat to someone from apple support to get my phone wiped - reset to factory defaults

These are the instructions:--> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

If the issue persists, contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service
