Hello sir i am using iphone 7 plus and i want to update it IOS16 but in my mobile setting it does not showing update .Therefore please help me .I shall be very thankful to you

An iPhone 7 Plus cannot update past iOS 15. Go to settings - general - software update and see what it says there.
