It has been about a month that I’ve updated in ever in two years. For the last 3 days it has been this way. I can’t backup my files to reset and erase. It keeps rebooting halfway. Please help!

Here are the steps you’ll want to take if your device is restarting on its own - If your iOS or iPadOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly
