Beats Solo 3 charge fully, won't turn on/stay turned on when trying to use

I have a pair of Beats Solo3 wireless headphones. They are fully charged (lights all on), and when I turn them on and try to place them on my head they immediately shut down. I have tried resetting them, and resetting while on the charger. Now they are having a hard time even turning on unless I have them in a specific position and don't move them at all. Does this sound like a wiring problem, bluetooth problem, or are they just dead.
