My daughter dropped her phone. There is no visible damage. However, the screen now has the normal screen icons and functions. Underneath every screen there is a fast scrolling copy of the screen behind it. Its the starngest glitch I have ever seen on a phone. Any ideas. Phone factory reset made no difference.

Sounds like the fall cause damage to the phone. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
