View outside the frame error

Hello community,

i am a new iphone user so sorry if this question is dumb.

i’m using an iphone 14pro.

i had the setting view outside the frame for my iphone camera.

there is the central frame and there is the outside frame (with transparent black background). The problem is what is display in the transparent black background (outside the frame) is moving- the image is moving by itself. I attached a photo and i hope it can be seen that the lines are not aligned and my hands were shaking.

otherwise the camera is taking good picture

i ask another person to have a look on an iphone 13pro max and is the same moving.

Is this thing normal for this setting? Is a bug and it will be fix by a new software update? Should i send the phone in the service?
