Cellular-secondary

Just got an iPhone 14 and my phone number is secondary and the SOS is primary; I think this is causing my iMessage and FaceTime errors in activation. I activated the phone over 24 hours ago, and have been able to send iMessages and FaceTime, but want everything to be normal. Attaching this screenshot of my cellular setup that looks different from the Apple photos. Thanks!

Change your phone number to Primary, and either delete the eSIM showing SOS or get the problem fixed by contacting that carrier. It’s all covered here→Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support
