Gmail print icon does not work on my MAC ios

We want to get a little more information to work out how we can further assist. To clarify, which app are you referring to exactly? Is this the built-in Mail app on your Mac, or are you having an issue with the Gmail app made by Google?

If the issue is with just an app made by Google, we recommend getting in contact with them directly to look into this since other apps are printing as expected: How to contact an app developer

If the issue is within the Apple-developed Mail app, let us know what happens when you try printing. Do you get an error, is the icon/menu option grayed out, or something else?

The best steps will depend on what's happening exactly, but clicking Apple menu () > Restart and then testing it out is a great starting point for general app issues.

We understand that you're unable to use a Google feature to print. Are you able to print directly from your Mac from apps such as Pages or Notes?

Follow these steps according to Google to print a single email:

"Print a single email

If there are multiple emails within the same conversation, you can print just one of those emails.

1. On your computer, go to Gmail.
2. Open the email you want to print.
3. In the top right of the email, click More .
4. Click Print."

You can find these and additional steps in Print Gmail messages. For additional support for Google features not working, it would be best to contact their support directly.
