Screen time data disappeared

I just updated my iPhone to iOS 16.2, and I lost all my previous iPhone screen time data from the past couple years. Is there a way to get it back? I’ve tried signing out and back into my iCloud account, but that didn’t do anything. I would really appreciate any advice!

Screen Time issue on iPhone Hi all, I have several questions about screen time: I got a new phone a month ago, and signed out and erased my old one after a couple of days. Despite this, two devices still show up under screen time. How do I remove the old phone that I no longer have? It should be noted that I confirmed long ago that that phone had been signed out of my account, leaving my current phone and laptop. I cannot seem to find historical usage anymore, where did it go? When I go to the screen where it used to be, I see a list of devices and the toggle between day and week, but there doesn't seem to be a way to choose whether you're looking at this week, last week, or two weeks ago. Is there a way to tell what is causing my phone to remain awake? I inadvertently left my phone on all night last night, and about 6 this morning, picked it up to see why I was getting so many notifications so early. Apparently, it had failed to lock itself when I was done looking at it, resulting in what Screen Time said was three hours of usage. Is there a way to tell what is causing the phone to stay awake? Another unrelated question, am I the only one who has noticed that unless your auto lock setting is set to 30 seconds that if just having your home screen open causes the phone to lock in half the time it should? My iPhone 11 count screen time when it’s off Hello, as I am trying to cut down on my screen time, I started to switch of my Iphone 11 at night. But now I found out that the ‘Screen time’ feature counts all the hours when my phone is actually off. So I can’t use it anymore to assess my actual screen time. Let's verify the steps taken to view your Screen Time reports:

"View your Screen Time report

After you turn on Screen Time, you can view a report of your device use with information including how much time you spend using certain kinds of apps, how often you pick up your iPhone and other devices, what apps send you the most notifications, and more.

Go to Settings > Screen Time.
Tap See All Activity, then tap Week to see a summary of your weekly use, or tap Day to see a summary of your daily use."
