Apple ID setting pane will lag to the point its stuck and unusable

I've actually found a fix and would like to share it.

I have a 2018 mbp, 15', 16 gig ram, and i7.

I did not log in for a while, and when I did I wanted to update some iCloud settings on my mac.

All of the setting panes worked fluently, but when I tried to reach the Apple ID setting pane, it began turning laggy, and when opening the activity monitor I noticed that a process called 'Apple ID' is using the most resources.

it always got stuck eventually and I could not even use it.

I looked for a solution online, and one suggested opening a new local user which I did, and when going into the Apple ID pane, everything worked, but the settings were defaulted not like in my main user.

As soon as I turned on 'Private Relay', it acted laggy just like in my main user!

So all I did was to get back into the main user, waiting patiently for it to move every single step and somehow managed to turn off 'Private Relay'.

P.S., I was not using a VPN at the time of this lag.
