I was refunded for my subscription but it’s not on my card yet ?

Approved refund requests take up to 30 days for bank cards. Click here for more information.


If it's already been that long, ask your bank or the iTunes Store staff.

If you paid with store credit, the money won't go back onto the card or account it came from without a separate request.
