Problem duplicated name HomeKit accessory disappear from Apple home app

I’m experiencing a duplicated name problem in Apple home app.

If I try to add a name in Apple home app, this app say me this name already exist but I don’t find it.

Another problem I found is if an accessory disappear itself (it can happen removing an accessory pubblished via an homekit bridge or some other way); then if I try to use this name again I encounter this problem:

• apple home app let me add new device with this name
• after some weeks this device diaappear itself from apple home app

I already called Apple support but they don’t solved it! They asked me to erase my HomeKit home!!!

there is a way to solve it?
