Why do I have a file saying master.passwd modified? I don't recall modifying it...
I'm tech savvy at all. But, I noticed a file saying master.passwd Modified: Sunday, October 31, 2021 at 1:37 PM. What is this??

Ah, I've figured out exactly what you were looking at. What you've found are some fairly common left-overs from a macOS update, as described in the What are Relocated Items? document at the top of the Relocated Items directory. This particular stuff is some Postfix mail server configuration bits that were flagged by the Monterey update. Unless you happen to be using the Postfix server on your Mac—and you're not—these files can be ignored, or can be deleted, as was mentioned above.

Some app or service probably glitched. Given the date, and presuming this is in your local or iCloud storage on an iPhone or iPad, delete it and move on.
